Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

The Marketing Communications Specialist will promote the companys products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic use of media, graphics, and other promotional products..

This position will collaborate with company's key partners such as Google, Tiktok, etc..

Duties/Responsibilities:

Inbound Marketing:

• Collaborates with internal team to fully understand services, products and communication needs.


• Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.


• Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.


• Collaborate with IT, provide SEO analysis, mainly in charge of website optimization.


• Work with copywriter freelancers to deliver and audit contents for company's website and social media.

Branding Enhancement:

• Collaborate with key service partners (Google) to attend the yearly digital contests.


• Creates and coordinates multimedia packages.


• Increase refferals & reviews on various company's platforms.


• Composes draft speeches for senior management and assists with finalizing speeches.


• Schedules and develops scripts, postcasts and production.


• Attends trade shows and community fairs.

Project Analysis

• Evaluates success of projects when completed.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• English ability, SEO & Branding knowledge is needed.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include presentations, etc.


• Organizational and resourcefulness skills.


• Self-motivation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.


• Two or three years of related experience


• Relevant previous projects highly preferred.
