Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing consumer and trade marketing activities including trade events, promotion and store merchandising campaigns, social media activities and other assigned tasks by the Marketing supervisor. Specifically:

-Coordinating in organizing events/seminars for customers

-Implement in-store merchandising and promotion activities

-Develop and customize marketing materials for local market

-Support & work with agency / partners in PR and other internal/external communication campaigns

-Support with product training for both internal/external parties

-Associating with agency / partners to manage fanspage, website and other digital platforms to reach target KPIs.

-Responsible for finding and dealing with suppliers / agency to execute various marketing activities.

-Monitor and update budget spending in every campaign.

-Report campaigns / programs performance by monthly or by activities.

- Bachelor’s degree

- Fresh graduated acceptable

- A basic understanding of social media tools

- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel)

- Basic communication in English

- Teamwork skill and a high sense of responsibility

- Dedicated, hard working, detailed-oriented, and friendly

- Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities

- Ability to meet deadlines, to multitask, and to work independently as well as part of a team

- Ability to travel and work overtime, if needed.
