Marketing Development

- Other jobs as directed by the company
- Make reports related to work status. For example, surveying customer needs, competitor activity trends, etc.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability according to the correct process.
- Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the company&039;s services.
- Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to expedite the debt. Responsible until the customer completes payment.
- Directly perform, urge the performance of the contract, together with the customer to check the quality of the service.
- Receive and handle if customers have complaints about the company&039;s services and work
- Find, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners in many business fields of the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 5 years experience in sales

- Strong selling skill, interpersonal skill and strong service mind.

- Enthusiastic, initiative, be able to work under pressure & independently.

- Good command of English

- Computer literacy: word, excel, power point

- Good at presentation.

- Able to work extended hours on occasion when required.

- Result oriented.
