Marketing Event Officer (Aeon Mall Binh Duong)

1. Develop and execute effective marketing and sales campaigns including activities: decoration, events, activation, push-sales activity, CSR-CSV (20%)
2. Coordinate with internal team and external agencies to launch marketing activities (Design/ Event and Advertisement company, Research...) (15%)
3. Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, using insight and monitoring tools; work with Communications and Marketing team to use this insight to inform future plans and activity (15%)
4. Help create customer research databases and analyze research to target the best audience and maximize reach to target groups (10%)
5. Identify, study trends and research competitors (10%)
6. Work to enhance organization's brand identity (10%)
7. Write, edit and proofread marketing materials for use in different channels (10%)
8. Develop strong working relationship across the organisation, particularly with brands, tenants (5%)
9. Ensure daily tasks before and in operation time of Sales & Marketing team and other tasks assigned by Manager/ Deputy Manager (5%)

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent
- Required language: English
- At least 01 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Aeon Mall Binh Duong
- Preferably Junior staff specializing in Marketing/ Business development or equivalent
- Can work by roster: A shift (08:30 - 17:30) & C shift (13:30 - 22:30) (with 80.000 VND allowance per C shift)
