Marketing Executive

• Monitor and analyze all communication channels
• Event marketing: ensure communications and improve impact before, during and after events and represent the company at events
• Participate with creative ideas and execution support for campaigns in different channels (email, sms, print, social, traditional media) to promote services and brand in collaboration with the digital marketing specialist
• Perform other assignments as assigned by line manager
• Admin tasks like managing stock and ordering of marketing material (brochures, banners, goodies, ..), organization of logistics for events, conferences, etc
• Evaluate and improve understanding needs, channels and events of target groups (long and short term foreigners, Vietnamese population and partner organization (schools, embassies, chambers of commerce,) through desk and research and surveys to develop new services, find new areas of business and build partnerships
• Create content for website blog, social media posts, appearances in traditional media (press, news websites, radio, tv). Articles, press releases, photography, infographics, video, etc.. and assist in updating different channels (website, blog, social media, .. )
• Understand, report and build system to analyze effects of marketing efforts (events, media, campaigns, partnerships, .. )

• Energetic and enthusiastic participant of events, with ability to reach out to different age groups and cultural backgrounds (from expat children to elderly locals)
• Curious mindset with analytic skills to understand customers and market and the impact of marketing efforts
• Self-starter contributing novel ideas and own initiatives regarding content, communication channels, campaigns, events.. Team player and great relationship building skills
• Creative thinker with great writing skills and ideas about supporting those with impactful images
• 3 years experience in creating content and channel or community management for strong brands, preferably in the service industry, with both B2C as B2B background
• Experience in design and/or photo retouching software is a plus
• Flexible in working hours (may require weekend work at events)
