Observation of Market
▪ To observe the car market in the designated market area as well as to analyze and evaluate trends and market
changes
▪ To monitor the activities of the competitors
Planning
• To develop marketing and advertising measures, events, customer contact, etc., bearing in mind the ideas
recommended by the MBV brand
▪ To plan the budget and monitor the implementation on monthly basis to ensure the most effective marketing
▪ To calculate costs and evaluate benefits
program based on MBV’s marketing top-up regulations
Advertising
▪ To create and implement advertising measures
Events / Sales Promotion
• To plan, prepare, and organize events and to negotiate with the relevant service providers in consultation with the
Sales Director and Managers
▪ To use sales promotion measures recommended by the MBV brand represented and implement in-house sales
promotion measures
Customer Database / Direct Mails
• To select customer data according to target group criteria and to check the quality of the customer data in
cooperation with CRM colleagues
▪ To inform Sales about all customer contacts
• To create and implement mailing campaigns in the market area
Marketing Controlling
• Aligning central MB Vietnam press releases and invitations to press events on information on Mercedes-Benz
• Maintaining contact with the local media and journalists
▪ To analyze the effectiveness of advertising measures and to compare the figures with targets5. Public relations activities
and Vietnam Star in consultation with central media communications department of MB Vietnam
• Ensuring that the appearance of the dealership and its presentation in the media comply with the overall corporate
identity

• Basic knowledge, understanding and interpretation of budgeting, cost calculation
• Minimum two year marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Presentation skills, marketing-mix knowledge, local marketing tools
• Knowledge of the local market, basic commercial and legal knowledge
