Marketing Executive

- Update hotel database on a regular basis plus input the new contacts in the main database.
- Assist marketing communications to update hotel information in all websites or new opportunity to expose the resorts to the public.
- Be aware of activities in the property i.e. food and beverage promotions, awards, new appointments or promotions of employees that should trigger awareness or can be used for the e-newsletter and/or other promotional channels.
- Possess good telephone manners and be able to answer inquiries about the property and promotions to the general public as well as internal employees.
- Responsible for filing of marketing communications’ documents and requisitioning of office supplies as well as maintain an effective tracing system for files and paper work.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.

- At least Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant field
- Strong in inter-personality
- Proficiency in English communication
- Must be presentable and outgoing
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Effective telephone communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations
