Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing, Event

• Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs.
• Take instruction from Marketing Supervisor and Senior Executive to develop specific digital strategies and identify requirements for all creative assignments, including: email, banner ads, landing pages/microsites, mobile sites/apps and website development.
• Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google Adwords and onsite search), online brochures & catalogs and other revenue generating promotional campaigns.
• Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter or off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights.
• Own the brand’s social voice and remain constantly on the pulse of the community.
• Act as administrator for brand social channels: scheduling and posting content, monitoring and responding to the community, curating user generated content, and crisis management
• Proactively escalate issues, insights, observations and opportunities to the appropriate teams
Identify and engage advocates to champion the brand & the company.
• Participate in brainstorms for content and brand campaigns or activations
• Support during live events and activations
• Organization and fulfillment of surprise & delight fan reward programs
• Create client facing reports that measure content performance, identify trends, provide actionable insights and recommendations, and lead to optimization of future social content
• Stay up to date on new social media platforms, tools, trends and best practices
Event:
• Budget annual event cost in coordination with the Marketing Manager
• Report quarterly and monthly plan to the Business Development Director
• Prepare event concepts and plans with the relevant service providers in cooperation with the Marketing Manager and in consultation with the Sales Director/Managers and Business Development Director
• Organize showroom and sales-driven events
• Use sales promotion measures to organize showroom or outside sales promotion events
• Update all possible events related to automobile industry in the southern region of Vietnam to propose suitable programs for marketing and sales team
Gift production:
• Collecting gift stock of each dealership and prepare gift production plan
• Select good gift sample to produce
• Together with other marketing executive at dealerships to control gift stock
• Control gift production budget to make sure spending is within allocated budget

Basics
• University graduation
• English fluency
Experience (type of)
• Minimum two years of event/marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
