Marketing Executive (Ho Chi Minh City Office)

- PR & Marketing Materials: Produce Marketing/ PR Documents. Generating content for company websites & email marketing. In charge of Press Relations with Local press.

- Sales Kit: Customize marketing presentations collaborated with crossing function. Assist with presentation of hotel information in the media, on industry websites and directories, OTAs and all other relevant online and paper-based publications.

- Marketing Operation: Manage operational work with the internal & supplier to ensure all projects are delivered on time with the agreed budget.

- Event: To plan the logistics, implementation, and coordination of event activities as required including the management, sourcing, and distribution of all promotional materials required for activities events.

- Relationships – Partners: Expand and develop marketing platforms. Seeking for opportunities to maintain and maximize the exposure and brand awareness through out win-win programs with the third parties including local and international media groups and corporates.

- Good Appearance and Communication skill

- Creative & organized 

- Good Computer Skill

- Good English including reading, writing and speaking skills

- Candidates with experiences in Sales & Hospitality are preferred
