Marketing execution + Brand building
• Innovation: (Support)
• Execution: (Own) Liaise with cross functions and countries stake holder, work as the owner for projects: Artwork adaptation, consumer promotion
• Support BM in key innovation projects to coordinate with PKG, R&D in developing product, and packaging, with SC for network building
Marketing communication
• Social Content Calendar (VN)
• Communication (ROSEA): Work closely with MKT partners and agencies to execute flawless social/digital communication of Silk-n Shine, Parachute & Code 10
Monthly report: liaise with the agency to prepare monthly campaign report for
Content Best practice: coordinate with agency and share, recommend best practice with Brand team
Measurement DQ: support Media Manager in collecting data (Social, Paid Media, E-Commerce, D2C) to measure DQ score & give recommendations to Brand team for improvement

Traffic Management: ensure agency delivery based on the project timeline
Content evaluation & input: consolidate feedbacks from Brand team & share with agency for improvement
Marketing Report
• Monthly expense tracking: track actual spending expenses by IO, PO &
• Monthly ROSEA MOR update
• Follow-up with Finance & SC to get an overview on sales status
update to line manager, Finance team monthly
• Monthly sale report: proactively get sale data from Finance and update in
team report without value mismatch
Administration: (Own)
• Follow up the budget, contract approval process & settle the payment for agencies & suppliers
• Support on logistics, send & receive samples from other countries

• Option 2: Fresher from top universities: UEH, UEL, FTU, ISP, IU; have internship experience or exposure to marketing
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn
• Interested in the Personal Care category
• Option 1: Marketing background, 1-year + experience in FMCG
