Marketing Executive

This role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to concept, design, and create compelling marketing campaigns and associated content across multiple channels and platforms
TheBlueTshirt – a young and dynamic fashion brand is looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational Marketing Executive with the aim to maintain and strengthen relationship of the brand with customers based on creative and fashionable contents.
* Duties:
• Develop engaging, on-trend & consistent campaigns to align with TheBlueTshirt events & promotions
• Handle data entry and manage tracking the performance of posts/social campaigns
• Branding building and content management based on social/media channels that drive customer loyalty and increase brand trust
• To ideate, strategize and brainstorm content ideas and visual posts for multi-platform, multi-channel that meet TheBlueTshirt’s business objectives
• Function as a community management point person by addressing social media responses and user generated content that is aligned with company’s social media guidelines, including when and how to respond.

• Creative writing skills a must
• Ability to think analytically, build strategically and execute creatively is also a must along with strong communication and solid project management.
• At least 2-3 years working experiences in social media with a focus in clothing/fashion preferred
• Full understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad managers, including experience with paid social ads.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
