, working for an Indian company, specializing in manufacturing motorcycle parts for Piaggo and Yamaha with detail belows:
Responsibility for: AFTER MARKET & EXPORT COORDINATOR
Position: MARKETING HEAD
Working place: Bình Xuyên, Vĩnh Phúc
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Monitor the implementation of such Environment related issues & report back to customer for the status.
Develop contact s with new customers. Assess potential in existing/ similar products and new applications (particularly allied products e.g. door handles) in order to improve scope in services offered.
Assist President Director in negotiations with customers for price (finalization of price for new products and price increase/ reduction of existing product).
Ensure regular co-ordination with existing customers for any requirements.
Conduct appraisals of sub-ordinates.
Ensure adherence to all laid down Quality systems.
Overall responsibility of marketing for all existing products, generating new business.
Formulate marketing/sales strategies. Ensure execution of the same.
Control marketing cost within budget.
Ensure that payment collections form customers do not fall below targets.
Ensure preparation of monthly and annual forecasts for existing customers. Initiate exercise for a long term forecast (specific customers and the automobile industry as a whole).
Any other tasks assigned time to time
Ensure that the finish goods are transported to customers in time.
Approved monthly (and advanced/ tentative) indents to be released to the manufacturing, materials and accounts department. Ensure that the indents are released within stipulated time frame (as agreed with the materials and manufacturing Departments).
Ensure that the finish goods inventory (both at division and zonal warehouses if any) remains within policy limits.
Other specific requirements and functions as defined in procedure manual.
Ensure effective implementation of EMS
Ensure that new product development takes place within stipulated time. Direct marketing staff to maintain follow up within the company to this effect.
Supervision of marketing staff. Conduct regular appraisal of direct sub-ordinates in the department.
Maintain good relations and regular contact with persons in relevant departments (e.g. vendor development).
Ensure that customer enquiries foe new developments/ product changes are promptly addressed (e.g. PFS).
Ensure client servicing.
Ensure that analysis of competitor products/ strategies is carried out periodically.
AUTHORITIES :
Approve Annual and Monthly indents to be released to the manufacturing, materials, account.
Recommend Marketing/ sales strategies and take decisions for their execution.
Explore new opportunities with existing customers and new customers and diversification of scope of products and services offered.
Shortlist interview and recommend the candidates for recruitment of personal up to Group Leader for Marketing Department.
Do any other activity which is necessary to discharge his responsibilities.
Recommend new development/ Product changes on the basis of PFS and take actions for timely development.
Finalize and approve the annual budget proposal for marketing department.
Take decisions required for marketing of all the existing products and generating new business.
All other authorities to discharge above indicated duties & responsibilities effectively.
Recommend new settle prices of products including prices increase/ reduction of existing products.
Finalized and approve finished goods inventory at zonal warehouses.
Take decisions for smooth suppliers to the customers.
