1, Summary:
Ensure, Abbott Nutrition International Vietnam’s largest Adult Nutrition brand is seeking a full-time intern in marketing support capacity
- Reporting directly to: Associate Brand Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Medical, Ethical Field force, Finance, Purchasing, PA, etc
- This internship program is open for fresh-graduated or final-year students who can commit almost full-time working (4-5 days per week) - 6-month contract with attractive allowance.
- Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
2, Core job responsibilities:
Online Clinical Nutrition CME
Support marketing team to execute Online CME program partnership with HN Medical University. Key task includes but not limited to following
- Support marketing team to verify, fine-tune course content by coordinating with speaker and internal stake-holders
- Support marketing team to complete administrative documents with speaker
- Coordinate with speaker and agency to arrange content development for live-cast
- Coordinate with Field force to remind and follow-up HCP participant to course
- Coordinate with internal/external stake holder to run and develop report dashboard
- Support marketing team to collect document for payment
Digital/CRM programs to HCP and Consumer
Support marketing team to execute CRM and Digital Marketing initiatives to HCP and Consumer. Key task includes but not limited to following
- Support in developing Digital marketing assets & social content for HCP & consumer campaigns, including SFDC journey set up and monitoring performance.
- Manage CRM campaigns that convert Ethical leads to NU: building call guide, testing different promotion offers and messaging, choosing attractive health-relevant gifts, and working with cross-function teams to weekly track campaign performance and optimize cost per NU.
- Work with media agency to research and evaluate relevant advertising channels to reach and engage effectively with HCPs.
- Work with creative agency to build consumer content for Vital & Ensure Plus Advance on digital channels including website, EDM, Facebook, and Ecommerce.
