Reports to: Market Development Officer / Marketing & Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The selected person will have a chance to learnt how to plan and implement Marketing works and develop further with your innovations and contributions, such as:
Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
Conduct Market Research
Logistic facilitate Company events such as Field Days/Farmer Training Programs/Retailer Meetings/Crop Tours/Year end party
Translate documents and support in conversation wherever needed
Support Sales team during season to improve liquidation
Develop action plan for marketing campaigns (such as caravan campaigns) and cooperate with Sales team to implement them
Support product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
Make sales presentations.
Works with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives
Monitors marketing and sales performance and propose the adjustment strategies as needed
Support Manager in Public and Media Relations: Working with various forms of media, including print, broadcast and digital; Using social media effectively as a marketing tool
Key requirements:
Able travel frequency
Good English & willing to learn
Familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs be advantage
Supportive and service minded
Be familiar with InDesign, Flash, programming, layout design, printing, project management, business management,… or relevant web designing such as Flickr Creative Commons; Kuler ; Skillshare ; Proshow Gold ; or Lynda.
