Marketing Leasing Officer (Aeon Mall Hai Phong - 179)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Marketing Leasing Officer.

+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week including Saturday and Sunday, in shift (Shift A 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM, shift C 1.30 PM - 10.30 PM, 1-2 shift C per week)
+ Report to: Team leader
+ Work location: AEON MALL Hai Phong
Approach clients for event space leasing, advertising space, cooperation in marketing activities.
Coordinate with clients and related teams in the preparation and execution of events, usage of advertising space.
Other duties as assigned
Cooperate with Admin, Finance & Accounting Department for document/ payment process
Handle event space leasing and advertising space requests, well manage event space and advertising space leasing schedule in order to maximize usage of event and advertising spaces, to support customer traffic and tenant sales.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly plans and reports for event space leasing and advertising space, contribute ideas to achieve targeted income.
Patrol daily to provide support to clients and ensure the best service provided to customers.

Good at English.
Candidates with 1 – 2 years working experience in sales or relevant fields are preferred.
Willing to work in shift.
Bachelor&039;s degree.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good teamwork and communication skills.
