Marketing Manager, Digital Acquisition

Reporting to Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager – Digital Acquisition will play a key role in a new team with responsibility for:
•Direct, plan, and oversee marketing strategies at product and company levels;
•Manage and implement SEO strategy for all products and websites;
•Track campaigns, build reports, present findings, and make recommendations based on KPIs;
•Coordinate with acquisition, creative and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals;
•Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis;
•Develop, deploy, analyze and disseminate comprehensive reporting for paid social, display and other exploratory channels;
•Drive day-to-day channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of the channel’s long-term strategy;
•With the help of our marketing analytics team, optimize end-to-end customer experience, lead and customer conversion, and cost per lead analysis.
•Others task assigned by Head of Marketing

•Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
•5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Acquisition (especially Google Ads/Adwords and Facebook Ads)
•Substantial experience as media buyer
•Experience leading teams and building a productive, collaborative work culture
•Strong analytical skills
•Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
•Ability to stay organized and execute long-term projects
•Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation with strong stakeholder management skills
