Job Summary:
- Manage marketing budget, analyze the spending, and compile budget reports for Marketing Manager
- Work closely with internal marketing team including social media, designers, VM and external parties as well
- Manage marketing strategies for brick and mortar stores, and monitor &supervise brands presence in online channels.
- Create marketing plans strategies for certain brands and how it can be implement through ATL and BTL on the marketing activities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create estimation plan for marketing activities strategic (Approval design, Press - Release transmission, KOL approval, IOM)
- Suggest monthly highlight related to marketing activities strategic (Window, - POP, Table top, Social Media Ads, Mall Collaterals, and Third Parties collaboration)
- Prepare marketing tools or marketing collateral for monthly promo
- Suggest monthly highlight related to marketing activities strategic (Window, - - - POP, Table top, Social Media Ads, Mall Collaterals, and Third Parties collaboration)
- Create and Analyzing marketing monthly report by compiling media coverage, influencers coverage report , event performance
Working with marketing team (social media, designers, and VM) in order to support ongoing activities in store promotions
- Compile and monitor in store promotions
- Monitoring & responsible for production tools event, shooting video
If done in-house (without EO) : contact catering service, KOLs, Hosts, create rundowns, execute the event with support from other marketing team and brand team.
Monthly promotions or any marketing updates email blast to the stores.
Liaise with Internal, Brand Team & 3rd Party in order to marketing plan, calendar marketing also update planning execution event
Contact Malls Tenant Relations or Marketing Team, approach them for free Mall Collaterals slots. For new stores opening and for monthly campaigns.
If done with EO : prepare brief to EO, negotiate the budget, supervise the creative materials, supervise the execution
In store event / brand activation - activities management : create plan, timeline, propose budget.
Disseminate Press Release to media for highlighted campaigns. Approach media contacts to follow up the Press Release (if necessary give them product seeding). Monitor the media coverage and PR value.
Monthly report : Media Coverage report, Live streaming report, Store Opening report, KOL / Influencers report, GWP report
Manage monthly marketing budget planning based on given guidelines from Marketing Division Manager.
Monitor marketing budget usage both SBU and A&P stores : update marketing budget internal report, update FP&A expense file
Create IOMs until fully approved (Marketing DM Brand Manager GM VP FP&A).
Follow up approval of all creative materials to principal before execution.
Plan KOLs endorsement / product placement for the month with brand team, approvals to principal. Approach & negotiate the collaborations with the targeted KOLs. Create letter of confirmation with each KOL including their SOW, create IM to store for KOLs product placement. Monitor KOLs social media posts.

Design branding, positioning and ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
