Marketing Manager

< Overview >
• We are looking for an individual who is a “Creative Director in the making” with general and technical knowledge of various marketing services such as social media, SEO, and design. You will be leading the entire “creative team” inclusive of marketers, graphic designers, and etc to create and execute competitive strategies for the clients. Overall, LAFS hopes to find an individual who defines responsibility as a commitment and dedication to the company
< Main Responsibilities >
• Team Management: lead creative team
• Marketing Strategy: create & executive campaigns
• Content Creation: design & copywriting
• Media Buy: set-up targeted ads
• Staff Training: weekly training sessions
• Managerial Report: update directly to CEO
• Project Proposal: prepare pitch for prospective clients
< Sub Responsibilities >
• Management Meeting: bi-weekly meeting with management team
• Sales Lead: collaborate with Key Account Manager on sales leads

• BSc/BA in advertising, fine arts, design or relevant field (MSc/MA will be considered an asset)
• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or in a similar position
• Ability to lead marketing projects from A to Z
• General and technical knowledge on all marketing services (especially digital)
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Highly responsible and committed to achieving deadlines
• Skilled in preparing formal documentations and reports
• Communication skills with clients and prospective clients
• English proficiency is a MUST

< Working Hours >
• Monday - Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
o Lunch Break: 12 pm – 1 pm
o Creative Break: 3 pm – 3:30 pm
• Saturday: (only when requested)
