Marketing Manager (Mobile App)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager:
1) Digital Marketing (50%)
- Strong understanding Online User insight
- Plan and execute Online Marketing Strategy
- Ensure company guideline applying comprehensive together with design approval procedure
- Identify target segments to deliver optimal activities, programes offerings and value propositions to increasing active users from register
- Lead & control performance of agencies, art service & other vendors to achieve traffic KPI, CPC, CPO
- Utilization of Google Ads Words, Google Analytics, other SEO tools for ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Check and correct designing layout, content of finished artwork, delivery printed product
- Ensure fast and effective crisis management in the event of actual or potential negative comments
- Strong leadership, performance tracking & team management of CS; Content, Event & Design team
2) Offline Marketing (25%)
- Plan and manage offline marketing campaigns, events, activation to archive User KPI and Merchants commitments
- Consistently & smoothly running Online & Offline Marketing activities
- Running POSM side by side with Online activities
3) Others (25%)
- Connect & manage payment gateway partners (Momo, VNPay, Payoo,…)
- Coordinate with Legal team support related Marketing Legal (DOIT Submission for promotion campaign)
- Production Video / Virtual Clip & support designing
- Support Tech team on creating platform functions
Others information:
* Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
* Working at Lawrence S. Ting building, 801 Nguyen Van Linh Parkway, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC

Requirement:
- Graduated from University major Marketing; Media or similar discipline
- Have 5-7 years working experience
- Strong multiple of Marketing skills: Offline, Digital,…
- Prior experience in E-commerce/Platform and/or software-related marketing is a plus
- Strong strategic & planning skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and social skills.
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure
- Good team management, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English is required
