Mô tả công việc

1.Monitor and manage the marketing budget per approval.

2.Be able to keep track marketing budget as plan.

3.Develop master marketing plan and propose to Director of Property sales.

4.In charge of cultivation of key media contacts within the region. Build and maintain media relations, keep in close contact and make regular media trips to provide updates.

5.Maintain positive awareness and profile of Property Brand through increased media exposure and/or proactively reaching out to media. Increase public awareness of the property brand through quality domestic exposure and coverage in various media through advertising, editorial, awards, events, etc.

6.Timely turnaround for production of advertisement, new marketing and promotional materials. Make sure of the accuracy and meticulous review of marketing collaterals (including advertisements, promotional materials and brochures) developed.

7.Assist departments concerned in matters pertaining to public relations to support property sales and marketing.

8.Evaluate all advertising proposals and provide value-added recommendations and develop advertising plan on media/publications for advertising.

9.Develop and or/edit/ give advice on the various sales & marketing materials, including but not restricted to advertisements, collaterals, direct mailers, and third-party marketing materials.

10.Maximize opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and media requirements. Host group/media familiarization when appropriate and relevant. Handle requests by media to film/photograph the hotel and ensure it is appropriately credited.

11.Propose marketing campaign and event to help achieve sales target.

12.Supervise Senior Content and Senior Graphic Designer.

13.Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Assist Director of Property Sales coordinate with other internal relevant departments in terms of the co-promotion programs by submitting information required by partners.

2.Position, launch and build the awareness for property brand and its events/promotions.

3.Prepare monthly report to submit to Director of Property Sales to review at the end of the month which includes printing, promotions and advertising.

4.Be aware of activities in the hotel i.e. food and beverage promotions, accommodation promotion, VIP arrivals, new appointments that should trigger awareness or can be used for the e-newsletter.

5.Possess good manners and be able to answer inquiries about the hotel to the media and the general public.
