Marketing Manager (Real Estate - Industrial Project)

Marketing activities:
• Build up budgeting for marketing activities
· Plan to contact partners for cooperation and delivery all necessary information and monitoring their activities.
· Join with team members to host delegations/prospects and other assignments of department head.
• Be able to map out action plan/marketing activities for staff under his/her supervision.
• Seek and coordinate with marketing agencies to develop different markets.
• Manage quality and consistency of service delivery among Group and projects.
• To perform market research and determine what customers are looking for or might look for in the future.
• Propose action plan, strategies to Deputy General Director to implement various marketing activities for the department.
• Recommend process improvements.
Sales activities
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals to Deputy General Director.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Build up sales price, sales packages and proposal to prospect

- Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing Manager in Real Estate Industry or in Business Development
- Good understanding of Real Estate Industry
- Good command in English
- Preferably male, 32 years old and above
- Able to work under pressure and travelling
