Marketing Manager

Provide detailed market insight and user&039;s behaviour for relevant markets
Give final approval for all marketing materials: master banner, banner, clip, TVC, owned media, etc.
Manage and develop local Marketing teams to deliver excellent Marketing activities
Regularly report and update road-map to the management team, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
Monitor the progress, budget and quality to make sure the Marketing team is on the right track
Supervise the UA process & understand all traffic sources, ensuring the delivery on appropriate traffic channels
Manage critical partnership with Facebook, Google network, media, etc.
Develop marketing strategies including direction, master plan & marketing campaigns; prepare all types of research to support the marketing strategies
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget (P&L) on a frequent basis (monthly, quarterly & annually) to ensure the budget is allocated wisely (for all aspects from UA - Branding - etc.)

Strong Marketing background
Sufficient English skills
Data-driven and result-orientated
At least 8 years of proven working experience in Marketing, especially experienced in mobile game publishing is a big plus
Willing to travel to South East Asia countries
Have practical experience with attribution tools
Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
Experience in building and managing a team
Demonstrate ability to effectively manage and optimize acquisition budgets with clear ROI targets
Proactive and highly accountable
