Marketing Officer

Role Overview:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Support the Operations Director in day to day marketing activities.
Support the sales team in the assigned region with sample preparation and support.
Data base (CRM) enhancements inclusive but not limited to uploading new contacts and companies, updating the existing database to ensure up-to-date status in all aspect.
Ad-hoc administration in other work areas as and when required/necessary (e.g. stock assessment for marketing material etc., the arrangement of marketing stock for easy movement)
Review and update of websites to publicize and increase of the company’s products and activities.
Coordinate with outside agencies, for example, designers, to produce marketing materials such as stationery and souvenir items.
Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports. • Plan and manage marketing events and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Create awareness through Digital Marketing activities for ASEAN Region, both paid and organically.
Support of all administrative requirements for exhibition preparation, inclusive of invitation cards & flyers distribution, preparation and consolidation of exhibition booth material for dispatch.
This role oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for igus® products and services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).
Support and grow the igus ® client base via active telemarketing initiates (call distribution of catalogues, samples, e-mailing and mailing campaigns etc.)
Setting appointments for igus ® Sales Engineers in line with implemented goals and objectives (KPI).

The role’s goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add to the highest value to its business.
It is responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company and ensures that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by the management.
Works closely and collaboratively with the sales team.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and a thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.

BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field. New graduates are welcome.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
Good understanding of market research, statistical and data analysis methods.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role.
