Marketing/ Sales Assistant

Global account management:

Coordinating between sales person and Global Marketing Group (GMG)
Making quotation per season/ order
Getting projecttion from GMG and providing to sales team to follow up
Supporting sales side in all concerns related to buyer&039;s request
Working to develop new item

Buyer&039;s forecast control:

Reporting to marketer of order received twice a month
Coordinating with the team member on vendor&039;s forecast
Assisting marketer to make plan to prepare stock
Following up to receive forecast from buyer

Making order form sending to another section to order for customer&039;s order,...
Order follow up with garment vendor
Informing estimated production lead time, making quotation and contract
Follow up and collect payment every month
General Office task
Handling and controlling orders from customer , communicate with customer
Prepare import / export shipping document for customer and closely follow up to ensure delivery to customer on time
Follow up and update production status, vessel schedule
Receive and respond all request, claim from customer after sales

1-2 Year Experiences
Computer Literacy ( Ms Office, Good at Excel)
Hard Working, Pay Attention to Detail, Good communication skill
Fluently in both written and Oral English
Experiences in Trim & Textilre is preffered
