Marketing & Sales Assistant

* Marketing support:
- Develop relationship with Interior Designers and Design firm who is related with office interior design and interior fit out.
- Communicate and arrange any supplier who supply any marketing tools.
- Survey competitor for developing OKAMURA marketing strategy.
- Design and maintain Okamura products presentation (VN and EN), marketing tools and marketing items by Power point and any design software for sales members.
- Support sales members in organizing various projects such as developing marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, OKAMURA marketing event.
- Support sales members for any Branding activity (Ex: searching for any good resources)
* Sales support:
- Follow up and remind customers to make payment
- Draft quotation and send to distributor/customer as requested.
- Maintain and update the databases regarding price list, calculation tools, stock, delivery status, etc.
- Collect all request of customer via phone, email and transfer information to Sales members.
- Follow up the quotation and arrange purchase order.
* Others:
- Coordinate with suppliers such as Logistic & transportation company
- Accomplish other Marketing and sales-related tasks as needed that are assigned by the direct manager.

- Only women, Vietnamese people, over 27 years old, minimum 04 year experience working as marketing and also sales assistant or administrator.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web searches
- Bachelor&039;s degree, preferably in Sales-Marketing, Business or a related field
- Designers experience will be preferred
- Work experience for office interior or furniture field
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details.
- Good English skills (4 skills)
