Marketing Senior

Job description:
• Coordinate marketing/BD plan execution under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager;
• Other duties as assigned
• Conduct market research and client surveys as requested
• Build and foster cooperative working relationships with business partners, professional bodies,universities and industrial zones and contribute to team initiatives
• Develop related marketing tools: social media, newsletter, publications;
• Execute and liaise with vendors for MKT tools, events, collaterals… development
• Manage and follow up client database, maintain library of materials for credentials
• Responsible for internal and external communication emails, and support paperwork tasks;
• Deliver report to Senior Marketing Manager periodically
• Assist in coordination of internal and external events

Qualifications:
• Strong research, analytical and reports presentation skills
• Good written English and communication skills
• Well-organized with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Having experience in tax or audit field is preferred
• Ability to communicate and nurture effective relationships
• At least 3 year of experience in B2B Marketing, event ordigital marketing agencies;
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
• Being able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Keen to learn, hardworking, persistent and able to work under pressure
