1. JOB DESCRIPTION
● Develop international customer growth strategies and plans.
● Develop program content and materials for our website and our social media.
● Create promotional tactics in different platforms, mostly seafoodsource.com and others international and local newsletters and magazines.
● Oversight and implementation of international and local seafood public relations (PR)/marketing activities such as trade shows, press, social media, and exhibitions.
● Track, analyze, and report marketing ROI results from all marketing promotions and initiatives on a monthly basis.
● Oversee and manage marketing budget and expenses for all types of collateral materials and campaigns.
● Create engaging email newsletter to our customers (new products, asking for feedback, holidays, birthdays,ETC.).
● Learn and apply our marketing and sales strategies throughout in-person client presentations.
● Manage customer satisfaction data through email feedback and proactively develops recommendations to refresh customer experiences onsite in an effort to support account retention.
● Assist in preparation and presentation of activation related events | projects for client quarterly reviews.
● Answer new customers’ questions about specific products/services after passing information to the Sales division.
2. REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor's Degree required.
● Detail oriented, well organized, and able to multitask
● Must be adaptable, fast-learner.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient grammar and editing skills and ability to conduct research and produce editorial and marketing content.
● Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
● Proficiency with graphic and layout design tools such as Canva, Piktochart, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop. Excellent proficiency with social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
● Familiarity with communications and marketing seafood industry trends and marketing analytics.
● Understand the basics of web design
