Marketing Specialist

Marketing Planning:
• Information collection and management
• Coordinate for marketing planning
• ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)
• Establish marketing strategies
- Plan and conduct Public Marketing/Campaign
- Build strategies for social contribution
Public Relations:
• Advertisement
- Advertising strategies and policies (planning, budgeting, etc.)
- Advertising agency and media management
- Product, supervise, and distribute advertising materials (D.M., promotional videos, etc.)
• PR
- Online PR operation and management
- Check media trend and press release
- Product and manage promotional materials
- Establish of PR strategies and policies (on-offline)
Design:
• Design Shop and Management Visual MD
- Design and update of video or DM promotional materials
- Seasonal Decoration Installation and Management
- Online and offline image design and promotion concept establishment
CRM:
• Customer analysis and target marketing operations
• Management and operating membership policies
- Regular target marketing operations
- Customer Profile Analysis and Customer Needs Change Monitoring
- Marketing channel management and effect analysis (DM, email, SMS, etc.)

• Working Experience:
- Working experience at travel/retail company (in Vietnam or oversea) is preferred
- More than 5 Years working experience
• Langague: Very good at english
• Education: Bachelor in marketing, communications or equivalent
• Other:
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
