•Develop integrated communication - marketing plan by month, quarter and year to achieve the company's revenue target. Prepare and implement digital marketing plans including: Online Media (Viral campaign, online media campaign, social marketing campaign, banner ads ...) and Online CRM Marketing (Email / SMS Marketing, Database Development strategy ...).
•Manage the brand identity system and the use of logos, images, messages of the company brand name at the Company and on marketing publications to ensure consistency of the Company's image and brand name in the media ( website, blog, social media, email, etc.).
•Support researches and developments, adjusting projects, programs to implement marketing activities (online and offline) to boost sales.
•Manage, build and execute content plans/ posts on its own platform (website, fanpage, youtube, emails, newsletters, brochures ...) to develop brand identity, increase interaction with customers on media channel; monitor and analyze media indicators.
•Manage and implement activities related to social activities, sponsorship programs, content, articles, to enhance the image before the community.
•Continuously update user insights, measure KPIs, ROI as well as changes in digital media channels to adjust and optimize marketing campaigns.
•Perform other duties as required by management and Board of Directors.
