Marketing Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Team Leader to manage a team of various roles ranging from Digital- Content to SEO together with a considerate marketing budget in order to secure company service branding awareness & generate effective conversions for business growth. As a leader of the company, you will be delegated from planning, proposing to executing & reporting the process in the journey of building up Top IT Recruitment platform in Vietnam.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing Planning/ Implementation
● Stay up- to- date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and incorporate them into the marketing strategy
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategy for company services & business plan
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across all digital channels and improve overall SEO performance
● Produce sales and marketing materials such as company profiles, case studies, blogs articles, and other relevant content
● Monitor and analyze the website/ mobile app traffic and social media metrics, track success, and make data- driven decisions to improve lead generation & conversions
● Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO and paid advertising
● Coordinate with clients/ partners/ community to develop the brand through marketing activities.
Budget Management
● Monitor the Digital budget of internal and external projects
● Effective project management to deliver best achievement on project results and budget.
Leadership & Reporting
● Lead, manage and train the Team to drive performance and achievement of business objectives.
● The preparation of termly/ monthly/ annual reports and reports as required by management.
● Analyze current business situations to come up with solutions for business goals & brand advertising strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Responsible, thoughtful with good business ethics.
● Logical thinking and good planning ability
● Familiar with & interested in data analysis
● Good in English
● Qualification: University graduated in Marketing majors or related fields
● Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing & experience in management role
● Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools
