MASS RECRUITER/ HR GENERAL

1. Recruitment & Selection

- Develop strategy to reach the recruitment target.

- Define the recruiting sources campaigns, and communication activities to ensure maximum number of recruitments. Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process .

- Plan a commission, subsidy & bonus scheme for recruitment partners .

- Build up recruitment/hiring process.

- Shortlist candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media) & conduct screening calls and schedule interviews .

- Manage the hiring process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the team;

2. Culture & Core Values orientation

- Enhance Company Culture by building up events and activities to keep good connection between employees and bring up spirit for employees.

- Identify training needs, coordinate ongoing training efforts with the Education team. Ensures that all employees are properly orientated to have a general understanding of the Company's basic policies.

3. Performance Monitoring

- Manage Performance Management activities to drive the employee's productivity to be aligned with KPIs schemes .

- Conduct periodic reviews to promote successful employees .

- Proficiency in English .

- Experienced in Direct sales Organization such as insurance, financial onsulting, nutrition food, cosmetics and home appliance .

- Strong project management, policy development and reports .

- University Degree in any related major .

- 3 years experienced in relevant job.

- Only accept male

- Good team management and leadership skills .
