Master Technician

•You will take responsibility for repairing and servicing of cars in accordance to manufacturer’s standard
•You will advise any additional work diagnosis to customers
•You will aim to complete a fix it right first time repair with the assistance of your co-workers as and when necessary
•You will provide clear technical explanations to co-workers or customers on repair work undertaken
•You will strive to deliver seamless level of customer service experience by working in close partnership with the team
•You will be responsible for ongoing administration work including accurate record keeping and report submission
•You will attend any required training courses to attain or maintain the master technician certification
