Material Control - Nhân Viên Kho

Control quantity and quality of materials, tools and accessories.
Make a purchasing plan and issue purchase requests to ensure requirement of production.
Follow and maintain company procedure to keep and handle materials / products properly.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Promptly report any problems and issues for proper operation, especially in case of material shortage or excess inventory.
Observe and inspect the production plan and material back-order status to keep proper quantity of safety stock.
Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including controlling expiration date of materials.
Prepare report and analyze data of material control status.
Manage warehouse operation from material receiving to product shipping in relation with logistics, purchasing, inspection, production control, and production department.

Skills of analysis, evaluation, team work, positive, careful, patient, honest.
Apply CV in English.
Good at communication in English (~500 Toeic).
Good computer and Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...).
Current address in Hung Yen is preferred.
University graduation.
Having 1-2 year experience in equivalent position is preferred.

Take care health of employees (vaccination, Covid testing, periodic health checking)
Company bus pick-up from Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen to factory in Yen My (Hung Yen)
Annual salary review, twice bonus per year
