Material Development Specialist

About this position:
The Material Development Specialist will contribute to the development of CTS&039;s training materials and modules covering a wide range of business & management/ soft skills topics. This role will report directly to the Office Manager, and liaise closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and add new contents for upcoming courses + activities as required from sales, clients and trainers.
- Coordinate with trainers to get advice & feedback about materials and other requirements for course activities.
- Assign material development projects to outsource material specialists (if necessary) & follow- up.
- Re- arrange and revise the course contents according to course outline & TNA, then send to trainers.
- Coordinate with sales department to develop the final training course outlines, TNA, and other course requirements (all training courses)
- Coordinate with any other administration team members in preparing upcoming coursesincluding formatting
- Attend training events to update on changing trends and requirements for material development of CTS courses
- Participate in meetings with sales team & trainers to update the expectations from clients.
