Material Manager (innovation, sporting goods, shoe, footwear)

Good communication in English, Mandarin
Experience in MS office
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Minimum of 5 years in knowledge and proven experience working in technical material development or work experience in the shoe production industry (knowledge of manufacturing process, fabrics, mechanical)
College degree in Material or Lab management, people management, production experience
Understanding of ASTM and SATRA and other test standards
Understanding of the shoe materials industry and vendors
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Footwear materials. Production experience is a plus
Ability to network and influence internal and external resources
