Material Staff

- Make plan to solve long term, surplus inventory
- Calculate and manage qty for production as well as safety stock to shorten time in warehouse and avoid surplus
- Manage to achive all related KPI about material management
- Inventory gap must be found and solve on time
- Control claim process from making claim report to supplier until receive replacement
- Material in-out-storage with right quantity, right location, follow right process
- Make report about material status daily, weekly, monthly, .. as required
- Make claim report and send to supplier if defect, shortage found due to supplier error. Push to receive replacement soonest
- Issue material for production on time with right quantity
- Control material in – out – storage status

"- Graduated from University, major in economic, accounting or related
- Fluent in MS Office especially Excel
- Familiar with working in foreign manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of raw material, production process, purchasing order, delivery management, cost & quality, Planing and using ERP system;
- Good ability to calculate and manage exactly the data
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Material control of electronic company is preferable.
- Good communication, presentation skills and making report skills
- Fluent in English skills
- Ability to work under pressure and over time"
