MDF Production Executive (New Company 100% Foreign Owned)

We are looking for talent to grow with the company.
▪ To achieve target for output volume, plant uptime, board quality and unit cost for the production and maintenance
▪ To implement the company's policies on quality, environment, safety and health and orporate governance
▪ To upgrade employee competency levels through appropriate training including the company's skill development program
▪ To contribute to profit growth by continuous improvement of processes, procedures and products
▪ To manage the plant operations of production and maintenance

[Qualification]
▪ Degree in related field(wood Tech. or Engineering background) with 3 years experience in related discipline (Executive level in manufacturing) or
Diploma in related field(wood Tech. or Engineering background) with 5 years experience in related discipline (executive level in manufacturing)
▪ Above the intermediate level of English or Korean
▪ Need ability to lead small employees group for 3 years at least
