M&E Engineer

- Receive, study and control technical information; equipment catalogue; equipment manual instruction from subcontractor/ vender
- Update, revise M&E design according to client comment/ requirements
- Study, prepare, take care for the environmental matter, discharge permit (if necessary)
- Operation training for owner/ final user
- Support QS department to clarify technical and quantity matter with subcontractor/ vender
- M&E drawing control sheet prepare and update
- Calculate/ estimate quantity of submaterial (such as calbe; valves; pipe; support…)
- Detail check and comment for M&E design drawing from subcontractor/ vender. Approval and issue for construction
- Building up TODA M&E typical detail drawings (lighting; outlet socket; foundation bolts; piping support; ducting; fans; air conditioner; pump...)
- TODA periodical inspection
- Technical document, drawing prepare
- HVAC; Firefighting system; water supply; drainage and WWTP system...)"
- Building up TODA M&E drawing standard format (drawing frame; font style; line style…)
- Receive changing order from client, report to manager, support for Quotation Request to vender/ supplier
- Update and revise M&E detail design drawing according to client comment/ requirements
- Electrical basic calculation and design drawing
- Received client requirement and study
- M&E combine drawing (external; underground; walls; ceiling) prepare or checking subcontractor drawing
- Design document management and control (document naming rule; soft files control; hard copy files control...)
- Perform the testing and commissioning work according to approval procedure (by designer or manufacture instructions)
- Summary and control the changing order; fluctuation cost of M&E works
- Develop and detail mechanical design drawing according to the mechanical basic design
- (High Voltage incomming system; Transformer; Electrical power distribution system (feeder); Lighting system; Lightening protection system)"
- M&E basic design check and confirmed to related regulations (such as construction law; FF regulations; environmental regulation…)
- Prepare the maintenance schedule and spare part list for handing over
- Prepare M&E drawing/ documents for Firefighting and Construction application works. Follow up until the approval document issued
- Asbuilt drawing and handing over document of M&E works
- Owner inspection
- Mechanical basic calcualtion and design drawing
- Study the vender document/ catalogue to prepare the testing and commissioning procedure; record form
- Prepare the operation manual for M&E equipment/ system (FF system; AC system…)
- Support Sale department to explain the M&E design work to client
- Support for request quotation from vender/ subcontractor
- Study and building up TODA M&E typical calculation sheets (such as fans; AC; pump; duct and pipe size; cable; transformer capacity…)
- Check and review combine drawings
- Develop and detail electrical design drawing according to the electrical basic design
- Technical background; regulation information update and internal training; knowledge sharing
- Record and control the changing requirement from client and internal
- BOQ and specifications of main M&E equipments (such as Transformer; Generator; Fan; Air Conditioner; Pump…)
- Minute of meeting; work report as required
- Prepare the technical specification requirement to issue to vender and subcontractor for Request quotations and procurement works

***Requied skills & experiences
- Computer skills: word, excel, power point.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working place: HCM/Hanoi/Quang Ngai office or project site(s)
- Age: 23-30
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills by English
- Have 2-4 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Planning and time management and report skill
- Working knowledge of concerned regulations in building construction field and practice use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques.
