M&E Engineer

- Prepare, check, approve for the work method
- Correction and changing the M&E design according to actual site situation or design mistake
- Check, inspect material/ equipment delivered to site before use
- Summary and control the changing order; fluctuation cost of M&E works
- M&E temporary preparation and installation
- Technical background; regulation information update and internal training; knowledge sharing
- Owner inspection
- Site surveying and preparation work
- Daily picture and report
- Quality control plan - Inspection and testing plan
- QC documents (Material delivered inspection; Installation inspection; Running test results; Photos records)
- Prepare the technical specification requirement to issue to vender and subcontractor for Request quotations and procurement works
- Building up TODA M&E typical detail drawings (lighting; outlet socket; foundation bolts; piping support; ducting; fans; air conditioner; pump...)
- Site regulation and safety instruction to subcontractor worker
- Study the vender document/ catalogue to prepare the testing and commissioning procedure; record form
- Receive changing order from client, report to manager, support for Quotation Request to vender/ supplier
- M&E installation schedule according to project master schedule
- Observation and report
- Weekly report
- Trouble/ Non-conformance report
- Completion and defect works
- Support for periodically inspection and maintenance
- M&E drawing control sheet prepare and update
- Calculate/ estimate quantity of sub-material (such as cable; valves; pipe; support…)
- Inspection, testing when material delivery - installed
- Perform the maintenance, repairing, renovation works
- As-built drawing and handing over document of M&E works
- Check, inspect M&E work during and after finished the installation works
- Owner inspection and handing over
- Operation training for owner/ final user
- Approve, issue drawing to subcontractor for construction/ installation works
- Study, prepare, take care for the environmental matter, discharge permit (if necessary)
- Support for request quotation from vender/ subcontractor
- Receive, study and control technical information; equipment catalogue; equipment manual instruction from subcontractor/ vender
- Perform the testing and commissioning work according to approval procedure (by designer or manufacture instructions)
- Subcontractor organization, participant list, equipment and vehicle list
- Detail check and comment for M&E design drawing from subcontractor/ vender. Approval and issue for construction
- TODA periodical inspection

- At least 3 years experienced in the same position, candidate who have worked at Japan company in the field of ME is prefer
- Intermediate English Skills
- Time management skill
- University Degree in M&E
- Can work overtime
