ME Engineering – Blowing (Nhà Máy Quảng Nam)

* Roles:

Instruct Maintenance Technician team to implement maintenance of Blower system all. Provide technical offer in field of preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance blower system all.

* Accountabilities:

- Ensure quality of Blower corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks

- Technical offer for Blower systems

- Develop SOP for Blower systems, train to Maintenance technicians

- Onsite instruct PM Blower technicians for PM task (emergency repair) for Blower systems

- Onsite instruct PM technician to implement PM for Blower systems.

- To do PM weekly, Monthly, Yearly for all blower machine.

- Supervise all aspects of maintenance activities on for Blower systems

- Ensure the overall available equipment rate as set KPIs

- Supervising contractor works for Blower systems.

- Control Yeild preform.

- Create Master file spare parts Blower then follow max/min stock ensure that part available

* Work location: Lot 10, Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Zone, Dien Ban Dist., Quang Nam

- University degree,  Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,... and other related fields.

- At least 5 years of experience in Blower Engineering, 

- Good communication;

- Strong team management skill;

- Ability to work under high pressure;

- Project management skills..

- Good command of English;

- Competent with MS Office;

- Pro-active, hardworking, willing to learn with team spirit and can-do attitude

- Shift working, travel
