ME QS Engineer (HN - HCM - Dong Nai)

- Work closely with design team, calculate Bill of Quantity, Cost Estimation of projects;
- Collect and formulate cost Database … and others related to professional job;
- Ensure all information and documentations of the contractual and commercial work are achieved and stored systematically and properly that are accessible easily by all people;
- Accept to work on construction site if needed.
- Study and make Value Engineering and Cost Down Report;
- Liaise with Suppliers, Subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make cost comparison sheet;
- Prepare and submit tender documents;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Control works quality and time schedule within group;
- Responsible for quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings and cross-check the tender quantities;

- At least 3 years experienced in the same position;
- High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and ability to work under high pressure;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Strong knowledge in structural works, having a thorough understanding of Standard Code;
- Having experiences in the factory construction site are compulsory; if have experience in high rise, local Main Contractor are priority.
- Having experience in preparing tender documents;
- Vietnamese citizen only, Application CVs must be in English
- Excellent negotiation skills and good communication skills;
- Graduated from Civil Engineering University or relevant Universities specialized in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proactive, honest, self-motivated, disciplines, optimistic, performance driven and able to work in a team;
- Having ability to manage time and fulfill the assigned works exactly to meet the required deadline strictly;
