Measuring Engineer (Bien Hoa)

Support product audit, internal and external audit related to measuring topics
Ensure all testing equipment in measuring system in good conditon according to Group Procedure
Take responsibility for measuring improvement projects from AP direction
Measure PPAP samples/ rejected sample from customer complaint/ verify sample
Involve in projects of measuring topics (equiptment list, quotation, light investment, PR/PO, MSA, CgK, GR&R)
Calibrate existing equipment (MSA, GR&R, Cgk) to comply to deadline
Measuring maintenance for QA equipments
Follow test cycle to re-calibration for measuring device/ equipment/ master rings
Develop new gages and dispose gage in physical and on SAP system
Upload result and calibration certificate for measuring device/ equipment on SAP
Control of documents related to measuring room
Train inspectors and Segment operators for measuring device using
Prepare measuring device and masters for projects running
Repair and manage backup spare part/ software for measuring device in production and central area
Ensure whole MSA system aligned with Group Procedure
Create measuring inspection plan for device/ equipment on SAP

Technical understanding (can read and understand Engineering drawing)
Strong knowledge in FMEA, SPC, QC tools, Audit, Project Management, 5Why, Ishikawa analysis…
Good communication and reporting skills
Proficient English
Quality awareness - ISO 9001/ IATF 16949
Bachelor degree - technical background - Mechanical engineering is most preferable.
Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
At least 2 years experience in measuring room
Good computer skills especially MS-Office (advanced excel)
