Discuss with buyer to find the best solution for any issue affecting the goods.Check swatch fabric and accessories coming in stock that match with item we order
Exchange information with customer to acknowledge about their requirement and standards.
Follow up purchase order.
Follow in warehouse date of the goods to catch sewing shipment plan
Make sample request and follow the progress of making sample (PP, AD…) then sending sample to customer to get approval before starting production
Input data in Tega and issue fabric/trims PO.
Follow bill of material from customer to create information about fabric, sewing acc, packing acc on TEGA system, issue PO & send to supplier with accurate information asap.
Make specification sheet and support production.
Follow up PLM system and adjust timely if having any updating in formation
Record information from supply chain to make spec sheet for all production sections about customer’s requirement
Set up detail information about orderr on system
Find the best solution to support production section in their working progress.

Having management skill
English proficiency
At least 1 years experience in garments company
Graduated from College/University
