Scope of Position:
Control projects and manage facility operation team
Responsibilities:
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.
• Manage all Facility&039;s project which define by Facility Manager
reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating
coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions;
resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and
resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.
• Direct report to Manager.
• Keep doing PDCA to imporve team and equipment.
• Plan to operate the effective budget.
• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Tobe in charge of Facility operation team;
• Others are assigned by Manager
• Daily analisys the operation data to fineturing operation as well as having project to save energy & prolong equipment’s life.
• Tobe in charge of developing talent of Facility technician, Senior Facility Technician, .
• Follow up facility equipment’s calibration/testing plan.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• To build training document for all operation activities related.
• Closely working with HSE team to build new & annually revise document of Risk Assessment, Safety Operation Instruction; Facility standard. Do training to related people.
• Setup all needed Work instruction, regulation, operation plan which relevant to the Facility operation, general troubleshooting activities.

Education: Could be Mechanical or Electrical Engineer; Could be construction engineer
• Experience:
5 years in civil field, woked for manufacturing is an advantage
• Competencies:
- Computer : Excellent skills in Auto Cad, Excel, power point and other MS software. Presentation preparation skill.
- Project Management, Quality Management
- English: Good in writing, reading, listening and speaking is an advantage.
- Personality : Systematic, Clear thinker, Innovative, Good communicator, High responsible, can work under very high pressure.
• Working location: Gentherm Viet Nam, Duy Tien, Ha Nam
