Mechanical Engineer (Mechanical System for Metro) (14010)

In charge of Mechanical system for Metro such as below
- Supervising for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protect, Mechanical,
- take of quantity and make quotation for variation order.
- Air conditioning ventilation equipment
- Handover document Report control. Report status of implementation by each schedule and whole project;
- Solving problems and improvement: Risk Management & Improvement including Databases, Analysis, Dispute Resolution and, Benchmarking for Construction projects;
- Automatic control equipment
- Make construction documents (shop drawing, material approval, methods of statement, test plan and etc).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Cooperation: in charge of work & cooperation with Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, Authorities and Others to guarantee that the project is run smoothly; improvement;
- Sanitation and drainage facilities
- Instruct/Train/Inspect/record and control employees/subcontractors for all projects;
- Fire extinguishing equipment

<Must>
■Education
- Graduated from technical universities, mechanical or Heating and Refrigeration faculty.
■Experience
- At least 5 years in mechanical engineer for M&E projects.
■Skill
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCad
■Language
- English for communication with Japanese Site manager, main contractor, consultant. And all document by English.
Benefits&allowance
On business trip: 100k - 200k VND/day
Allowances: Gasoline, Telephone Bill, Transportation support (outside HCMC) Social Insurance, Unemployed Insurance, Health Insurance and other conditions base on Vietnamese Labor Code.
