POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for developing strong and long-term partnerships with HCPs
- All tasks and activities of this job support and adhere to the objectives and provisions of the WHO and Vietnam Milk Codes and the Nestle Instructions.
- Responsible for building/ improving awareness and understanding of Nestle Infant Nutrition products among the medical profession, updating them of the latest information in the field of infant nutrition and enhancing the Nestle image.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Reports competitor claims and activities and is aware of their distribution levels and prices in the territory
• Develops long-term partnerships.
• Participates in monthly/ quarterly meetings/ reviews of the team, sales counterparts, distributors and trade partners to update them on area plans, review performance and raise issues.
• Ensures that brand literatures, materials, and samples (Nestle Infant Cereals and Nestle Gold) are disseminated to medical contacts.
• Conducts regular surveys on competitive prices, field strength and territory coverage.
• Submits on time monthly reports & expense statements.
• Assesses the total potential (current and future) of the territory.
• Identifies, fosters and develops potential ”rising stars”.
• Manages company issued funds with integrity.
• Cover 1 province
• Covers pediatricians, O&Gs, general practitioners, nurses, midwives, nutritionists in hospitals, health centers, lying ins, nutrition reproductive center, private clinics
• Help to prepare scientific lectures, product presentations, trade meetings, DSR training as requested by SV.
• Attends to product-related queries and complaints.
• Communicates effectively the features, benefits & product superiority of a key Nestle Nutrition product in the area.
• Takes the initiative to innovate approaches to winning her contacts and counteracting competition.
• Achieves targeted call frequency to ensure visibility and product recall.
• Reviews contact classification, master list and schedule to improve coverage efficiency and productivity
• Conducts periodic trade checks to ensure product availability, market hygiene, and completeness of product range.
• Keeps company properties in good order & condition
• Knows important provisions of the Nestle Instructions, WHO Code, and Local Code
• Achieves Cycle Communication Objectives through detailing.
• Keeps in touch with contacts’ field of specialization and career development to ensure long-term relationships.
• Provides management with beneficial information to improve the promotion of Nutrition products.
• Updates key contacts on recent developments in Nutrition. Displays excellent Product Knowledge (not lower than 80%)
• Develops and implement plans for the territory.
