Support tender activities
Ensure the growth demand of Sanofi product meet the expectation of BU and team objectives by maintain, increase the confidence of HCP for Sanofi product endorsements
Ensure assigned accounts be managed well, especially key practical and stakeholder: patient flow, prescription flow, listing and tender process, purchasing order process, targeting customers, key decisions maker, tender committee, medicine committee.
Execute Sales & Marketing activities base on the strategy of BU/department and be defined quarterly, yearly
Establish and maintain key account relationship, ensure to provide the information, service of Sanofi to customer
Do daily, weekly, monthly call plan/ report on Optima system
Ensure the product information of Sanofi has to be delivered to HCP daily and get feedback, experiences of HCP about product
Update market, competitor information and propose accordingly action plan weekly, monthly, quarterly
Other tasks of hiring manager/ head of department in special, urgent, sensitive cases
Achieve individual goals: sales objectives, market growth, market share, penetration rate
Ensure HCP coverage and call frequency as requirement of Department & Company
Build up and maintain customer database by doing HCPs recruitment, identify, classify, and validate level of customer
Support, arrange, organize public relation events to introduce, update information of Sanofi products to target audiences
Corporate compliance responsibilities:
• Every staff of Sanofi is accountable for assuring compliance’s rules & ethic code when working with Health Care Professional to strengthen the company’s image.
• Ensure all the activities of the sales force unit comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards and in line with marketing plan
Corporate HSE responsibilities
• Line Manager is accountable for assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under their supervision and leads by example.
• At any level of the organization, everyone is accountable for following all HSE guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the HSE objectives.
