MEP Manager

· Manage the MEP section during design stage & tender stage of Projects.

· Manage & monitor all authority activities related to MEP section such as Infrastructure connection agreement, power connection agreement, PCCC design appraisal, telecommunication & IBS agreement.

· Support for MEP design issue/ testing & commissioning if was requested.

· Lead the operation of MEP section such as:

• Propose yearly working plan/ arrangement of MEP section to management board
• Amend the MEP document station such as design guidelines, construction guidelines and learnt lesson.
• Study & update new technique, new brands, new design trend then propose the proper one for Projects.
• Do and train the new MEP engineers about Design and Tender management work.
• Chair the MEP weekly meeting, held site MEP engineers resolve their site issues and update learnt lesson accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Engineering
• Having at least 5 years working at MEP executed manager at main contractor, and Design consultant, or QS consultant.
• Having at least 2 projects type high-rise building or Complex-building such as Condominium, Office, Mix-use Complex, Shopping Center, Tow-houses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication in English skills.
• Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Binh Dương
