Merchandier

- Liaise with overseas buyer.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- Conduct pre-production meeting.
- Handle the merchandising flow from development to bulk production to ensure products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements.
- Quotation preparation.
- Handle the translation for tech packs (ENG-CHINESE, ENG-VIETNAMESE)
- Communication work in between the merchandising dept, sample room and production team
- Responsible for lab dip follow up, trims’ sourcing and sample development.
- Keep track of the production status to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate order details with overseas clients, head office and our production department.
- Manage development process to ensure that products meet customers&039; quality and budget requirements.
General merchandising work.

- Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and meet tight timeline.
- Experience in samples development and orders follow-up, preferably for JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, USA or EEC market.
- Cheerful, co-operative, mature, self-initiative, self-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, systematic, independent, energetic with good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and organizational skills, flexible and detail-minded.
- Solid experience in sweater with manufacturing background will be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken & written English or Chinese.
- Computer knowledge in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Have good negotiation and communication skills.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years or above relevant merchandising experience.
- Good negotiation skills with suppliers.
