Merchandise Planning/Product Executive (Fashion Retail)

Monitor stock, inventory and sales:

Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
Collect data, analyze and monitor inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with the decision-making process and executing action plan with Manager
Monitor shipment dates, goods receiving, and launch to store schedule.
Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
Support in developing short and long term inventory plan.
Stock management control. Develop requirements and evaluation standards.
Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
Sell through the management and market analysis
Allocate and manage stock movements between shops-warehouse; shop-shop to optimize sales performance while maintaining a healthy inventory.

Buying product:

Planning and following up LC and payment requests
Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipment
Assistance and coordination of logistics and distribution

Support

Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request

At least 2 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails
Good in communication both English & Vietnamese
Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
Always available for travelling
College, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
Experience in a sales driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills - Excel is a must
Close attention to detail
